We keep things simple, but there are a few things you’ll need to know before the party.
Our kits are made for babies and toddlers under 5. If older kids jump in, things can get a bit wild — and we want everyone to stay safe.
We know snacks are part of any good party. But please keep food and drinks off the soft play. It helps us keep everything clean and ready for the next little ones.
Dressing up is great. Just no shoes on the soft play, please. Socks only — that way everything stays clean and safe.
If your plans change, that’s fine. Let us know 7 days before your booking and we’ll sort a refund. If it’s closer, send us a message and we’ll see what we can do.
